On Saturday, April 21, 2018, The Chippewa Valley Steam Fair presents one of many Earth Week events, Jam It For The Planet. The fourth annual Jam It for the Planet is an ALL AGE music, environment, and business expo. held at The Plus in downtown Eau Claire, WI. The event showcases great music and creates a space for community members to engage with a wide range of local and regional guests, local businesses focusing on sustainability, and other community members.

Celebrating Woman Leaders:
Jam It supports women role models and focuses on the leadership that women add to the field of sustainability by showcasing their gifts, talents, and abilities at this event. Expect to see women leaders performing on stage, leading discussions, and leading learning opportunities for community members of all ages.

Jam It Guests:
Jam It will feature a variety of guests including an Earth Day recycling conversation lead by Recyclone- Earth Day super hero.

Fun for Everyone:
Activities feature; a kid’s creation station (recycled art projects/crafts and activities) with staff support, an afternoon kids music show with audience participation, Succulent Workshop, Earth Day Superhero meet and greet, Face Painting, Live art/art installations, and more! Music:
Jam It offers a blend of local & regional acts that have connections to the natural world & sustainability. Financial support of the musicians, sound crew, etc. allows the event to provide free programing to local community members, until 7pm at which point there is a small cover charge at the door. Family Show:
Sing-a-long with Stanton West! Fantastical Fun For the Whole Family. In the spirit of summer camp. Laugh along, tap your foot, and maybe even get up on stage! Stanton has been singing silly songs since his serendipitous daughters came into the world 10 years ago.
