- The program accepts only household waste generated in homes of Eau Claire County residents, as well as residents of the City of Eau Claire in Chippewa County.
- No businesses (even home-based) may participate. Businesses must register as VSQG's.
- Participants must register at the collection site and show proof of residency.
- WRR staff will unload materials from your vehicle
- Payment will be accepted after all materials are accounted for.
- Cash or check only, no credit cards.
